EnAble Learning is a professional development platform created by the National Organization on Disability (NOD) to help organizations build accessible, inclusive, and disability-confident workplaces. The platform offers self-paced, expert-designed courses for individual learners and corporate teams.

Courses are designed for employees at all levels, including HR professionals, people managers, DEI leaders, and individual contributors seeking to improve accessibility and inclusion in their everyday work.

We offer individual subscriptions as well as tiered organizational plans based on seat volume:

  • Individual: $100/year per single user seat.

  • Tier 1 (1–250 Seats): $50 per seat/year.

  • Tier 2 (251–2,500 Seats): $25 per seat/year.

  • Enterprise (2,500+ Seats): Customized annual agreements with optional SCORM integration.

  • Universities / Nonprofits: Customized annual agreements with optional SCORM integration.

Yes. Individual seats and smaller organization plans can be purchased immediately via credit card on enable.nod.org. Organizational plans (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Enterprise) can also be billed via invoice or PO through our resource development team.

Yes. Enterprise clients and Leadership Council Premium members can license SCORM packages to host and track courses directly within their own enterprise LMS.
